About the movie

The ambient of the movie is in New York, the protagonist is Evan (Freddie Highmore) he was raised in an orphanage and he always had the hope to meet his parents. 

One day he escaped from the orphanage and he heard all the sound of the big apple. He was fascinated because since he was born, he loves the hear the music but what he didn't knew is that his parents were very involved in the music, both are musicians.

He went through a long road to give his concert.. that was what he most wanted to do, be heard by everyone because in that way his parents would found him.

My reflection about the movie

     

August Rush is one of my favorite movies because it leaves a message.

The messages that I saw in the movie are:

Never give up your dreams, because they're the first step to realize what you want to do and if you follow your dreams you will be very happy.

Never think that something is impossible, because if you think in that way...this will be true, but if you don't the most ''impossible'' things can be true.

Always be alert to the things that happen every day.

Have an open mind, because if you have an open mind you can find and see that the whole world is beautiful and wonderful.

Never allow that someone try to do with you what you don't want for you.

Listen to your intuition because it's the guide that drives you on the right path.
